Terms of Service (Normal Service)

- I have the right to decline any commission I feel not comfortable working with
- payment must be before I start sketching
- after the sketch is confirmed, there will be no refunds if you decide to cancel (unless I am unable to finish the commission)
- you may upload the commission on any platform, however you must credit me by linking my social media
- commissions that are for commercial usage will pay plus 50% of the total price
- by commissioning, you are agreeing to all of these terms!!

Terms of Service (Adopts)

- Please credit me as the original artist when you use or share the adopt’s design (@shimiu_t)
- I retain the right to use and display my artwork on social media/ showcases
- You will receive the art files via email or DM. This includes a high resolution PNG and a transparent version
- You may redesign the character, but keep key elements
- You may resell the adopt, but not above the original price you paid
- Commercial use is only allowed if the adopt was purchased via AB
- Using my artwork for AI, NFTs, etc. is not allowed
- No refunds!!

Commission Process

- please dm me on Twitter (@shimiu_t) with detailed information on what you want to commission
- if the form is approved, I will send you an an invoice of my PayPal
- payment will be through PayPal in € (fees may apply)
- I will start sketching after the initial payment and send it for confirmation (you can request up to three revisions)
- feel free to ask for WIPs after further progress, however turnaround time will differ depending on commission and availability, so I kindly ask to be patient

Prices

Prices may vary depending on complexity of design, for example lots of ruffles, accessoires etc. (+5-15€)
